Alcove are delighted to become certified to the new Quality Standards Framework

Alcove are delighted to become certified to the new Quality Standards Framework (QSF) set by industry body, TSA.

 TSA has worked with a number of governing bodies and national care technology organisations to develop the QSF and ensure it meets all commissioning standards. The Department of Health has now urged care technology commissioners to procure services only from QSF-accredited providers.

The QSF accreditation process is a rigorous exercise which accesses areas of our business including but not limited to: business continuity, safeguarding best practice, staff training, agreements with suppliers and policy and procedure reviews.
